Events & Weddings SIGNING CEREMONY OF THE COORDINATION REGULATIONS ON INFECTIOUS DISEASE PREVENTION AND CONTROL AT ANA MARINA NHA TRANG BETWEEN KHANH HOA INTERNATIONAL HEALTH QUARANTINE CENTER AND ANA MARINA NHA TRANG JSC.

Khanh Hoa, March 5, 2025 – In an effort to strengthen disease control, prevention, and response at Ana Marina, the Khanh Hoa International Health Quarantine Center and Ana Marina Nha Trang JSC have officially signed the Coordination Regulation on Infectious Disease Prevention and Control at Ana Marina.

The signing ceremony aims to enhance coordination between the Khanh Hoa International Health Quarantine Center and Ana Marina Nha Trang JSC, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in implementing disease prevention and control measures at Ana Marina.

Additionally, this regulation focuses on early detection of suspected cases of Category A infectious diseases and emerging diseases as per the recommendations of the Ministry of Health. It also aims for a rapid response, timely containment, and minimization of the risk of disease outbreaks, thereby contributing to public health protection and socio-economic development.

Beyond disease control efforts, the regulation also fosters information sharing and enhances coordination in surveillance, investigation, outbreak management, and communication regarding infectious disease prevention at Ana Marina.

As outlined in the regulation, both parties will collaborate through the following initiatives:

• Medical supervision and quarantine: Monitoring body temperature, overseeing the health of crew members and passengers, and inspecting cargo and transport vehicles.
• Developing disease response plans: Establishing temporary isolation areas and implementing procedures for handling suspected cases.
• Training and awareness campaigns: Enhancing knowledge and skills for staff, crew members, and visitors in disease prevention and control.
• Close cooperation in disease management: In the event of a suspected case, the Khanh Hoa International Health Quarantine Center will lead epidemiological investigations and implement necessary medical interventions.

This event marks a significant milestone in disease prevention efforts at Ana Marina.
